Perfect location and very kind staff, great service. We came by plane and our return flight was at late evening, we get place where we can leave our staff and usage of bathroom. So we enjoy all day at the beach. If it was possible my rate will be 20.

It was very nice, we had a great time. Location is good, just on the beach, the room with the sea view was awesome , incredibile to wake up to that view. You have a lot of good restaurants near by and shops. Staff is really friendly, food was good at brunch, lunch and dinner. The only downside I could find was the breakfast, not to many options and it looked like more a 2 star hotel..

Despite the poor breakfast and small bathroom everything was excellent. Do not spare money, take rooms with sea view. It is totally worth it.

The receptionist girls were really kid and helpful. The room (105) was excellent for 4 people for our stay. The room had a huge balcony with a jacuzzi which we could also use. We had a beautiful seaview which was amaizing. We had no problem with any noises we didn't hear anything, we could sleep very well. The airconditions were working properly. The breakfast was okay, avarage, nothing special. The only issue was with the stairs to the sea, which was slippery a bit. Would be good to build here a normal stairs to walk in to the sea.

And now to the pluses, we greatly appreciate and value the attitude of the receptionist, who was very kind, dedicated, helpful. Every day she greeted us with a smile, wished us a beautiful day, asked how our day was and so on. She helped us a lot when complaining about a cruise where we didn't get the cruise we were supposed to have, another plus was the location of the hotel, we were relatively close to almost everywhere. The hotel was nice overall, modern swimming pools, restaurant, terrace with a view of the sea and the harbor was amazing, the room was cleanly prepared, the hotel prepared a bed for the third person instead of a couch upon request. They prepared a room for us due to an earlier arrival. Restaurants were quite close. We had a beautiful view of the sunrises. It's a shame about the minor flaws that the customer will unfortunately notice. We thank the hotel for a pleasant experience and a great vacation on beautiful Zakynthos.

The hotel was great value for money! It's also in a good location! Decent breakfast! The staff are incredibly friendly! A special shout out to Jasmine on the front desk! Jasmine is extremely kind and very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable! Thank you so much Jasmine! Would highly recommend this place to stay!!

Location, best positioned in Laganas beach. We can step in the beach and walk up to Cameo Island or more, also had distance from Laganas main street not so noisy. Receptionists are kind and attentive, guys who works at restaurant & bar was so helpful and served us nicely and support us possibly they can.
