Great location if you are there to party, had everything we needed. Staff was lovely. Lots of cats coming to our balcony personally we loved it but some wouldn’t.

the accommodation is simple, nice and above all clean. the personal was very kind and patient as we had a minor accident. There is no need for words about the location, everything is at hand and the sea. there was noise during the night, but we didn't mind :)

The property is clean, everyday the cleaning lady was moping the room floor emptying the trash and other stuff. I saw that some people complained about the noise from the go carts, our room didn t faced the go karts court but the main street which was more noisier and lots of cars BUT the room has 2 set of sliding doors one windows set and one set which is specifically to keep the light out and room darker in the mornings. Boths doors can be closed and the noise is 80% canceled. You can use the AC free of charge. Plus that if you travel the whole day you will sleep like a baby no matter what. Another thing that i liked was the kitchenette which had everything you need, a water boiling machine so you can make a coffee in the morning, a sandwich maker and other usefull stuff. The property is at the entrance of laganas and is somehow not in the middle of the clubs. One of the biggest rental companies is right across so you can rent a scooter/car/quad with the drop off at the airport and the owners also have a supermarket at the ground floor which has everything that you possibly need.
