Borsalino is one of the most beautiful hotel we’ve stayed in. The big pool, the Villa architecture and their garden are just amazing. It’s perfect if you want to relax. The room has everything you need and it was sparkling clean. The balcony was the best: every room has a view of the pool. There’s also a well stocked bar in front of the pool managed by the owners - their home made food and drinks are so good! The owners are a very nice and kind family, they care about every customer and they try to help you in every possible way. Elena was very kind, caring and funny - she helped us to rent a car and it was very nice talking to her every day sharing life experiences. The area close to the Villa has everything you need like supermarkets and restaurants - Laganas is a strategic point to stay if you plan to explore the island by car. There are many non touristic and rocky beaches very worthy to visit. I would recommend you to avoid turtle spotting boat tours that tour operators sell in the center as they harm the turtles and also to avoid sandy and touristic beaches as the turtles nest there in summer. Zakynthos has so much to offer other than bars: there are so many hidden beaches, beautiful and authentic villages and wild panoramic views which are very hard to forget. We would definitely stay again at Borsalino Studios & Apartments if we ever come back to Zakynthos. Thank you very much Elena & family! Roberta & Edoardo

Amazing host, perfect peaceful location but just 5 mins to centre, clean and everything we needed. Good value food and drink on site!

The entire property was so clean, including the pool and gardens. It was a very quirky and unique spot with lots of character, and had the kindest staff. Elena was exceptional, and her son Petros was also so kind. I travelled with three of my close friends for this trip, and she truly made it so special. As a young group of girls we felt very safe and comfortable, and the size of the bedrooms were perfect. The air conditioning was excellent also, and the food was great and very cheap! Thank you so much Elena for such amazing service and a perfect holiday!

The hosts at this accommodation could not be more helpful, everything you need for a comfortable stay in Laganas is provided and they have tips on where to go for any activity you would like to try. I cannot recommend highly enough, no matter of age or the type of trip you are planning this would be a perfect location. Thank you again, I had a wonderful time.
