All good, no problems with the rooms. The property is quite huge and must be the biggest hotel in town - signboards all over time made the place easy to find.

The staff are always ready to help, friendly and very resourceful too. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The place is very secure, quiet and peaceful at night. The restaurant menu offers quite a selection of options and the potions are sizable and filling. It offers the convenience of the gym, spa, restaurant etc., all onsite and the town centre is within walking distance.

The breakfast was fairly good, but thought the staff was overwhelmed by the high number of people who were there. It was my niece's wedding and almost all guests were booked at Cranberry Cottage.

This accommodation is underrated in my view, it's like a different planet altogether from its location. If you love nature, this is definitely the place to visit. It's so serene! all you'll hear is water flowing, birds and ducks, as well as tranquil music wherever you are in the yard which is a garden from the moment you set your foot in the property. The trees create a very cool setting no matter how hot the day. There's ample sitting space whether you want to enjoy your meal under the grape vine, deck or simply under a tree. The staff is amazing!! We enjoyed top tier service from the bar man (Chris) to the waitress and waiter (Thabang and Dan), I cannot recall everyone but with each one, the service was amazing and with a smile. The restaurant is awesome with a great variety of meals to choose for. Anyone who appreciates nature wouldn't want to leave this place, especially with a spa on site! I had the privilege to meet the owner, what an amazing woman! We were planning on staying one night on our way to Lesotho, we had to come back a day early so we can spend one more night before heading back to city life. We woke up to our car washed and polished by one of the maintenance guys... I was touched by how each customer is treated with dignity, even as you check out. Nothing said 'please come back again' like the people at this amazing accommodation. My husband and I wish to see you soon!
