The fine print
The Jayakarta Suites Komodo Flores is planning to build 44 new rooms with 4 floors. Construction will begin on January 10, 2025. The project location is 50 meters from the main entrance and 250 meters from the existing hotel building. Measures will be taken to minimize noise and ensure guest comfort. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience caused.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Very comfy and spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Brilliant swimming pool. Great to have a shuttle bus in to the town - one at 11 am and one at 6 pm. Breakfast was good and nice to have fresh cooked omelettes along with banana fritters. If looking for night life then you need to taxi to town - only 100,000 IDR. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights. Very polite and approachable staff. Staff went above and beyond to help resolve some minor issues and also helped us book tours and rent a scooter. Food in the restaurant was very good. Also The relaxation massage at the spa was lovely. Free airport transfers was a bonus.

Restaurant food was really good. The pool was awesome and right on the beach. The beach was ok, not the best as it is cluttered with branches and wood debris. The hotel gardens are really nice.

We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable with a view of the pool and the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is out of the main part of town so not walking distance to shops. They provide a shuttle bus service twice a day if you would like to visit restaurants and shops.

Lovely place, highly recommended. I read the reviews about the beach before and indeed it is not the most pristine beach to relax, HOWEVER I also read that their swimming pool makes up for it big time and they were right! Lovely pool, plenty of loungers and great service all around. Staff was incredibly friendly and the food delicious. Their Soto soups are fantastic. The location is a bit out of town, but they offer scooter rental at low prices so I would say rent one and explore. Will book again if I come back to Flores.

The room facilities are a bit dated, but fully functional and one might say even with a retro vibe. The outdoor pool and the beach are quite ok.

The pool looked lovely however I didn’t have a swim. The location was out of town which has pros and cons. Pro being that is nice and quiet, con obviously being not walkable to the town. All of the staff were lovely
