Incredibly clean. Very helpful staff. For example, They went out of their way to help when our kids had gastro (providing extra towels etc). Gastro unrelated to our stay! Lovely vibe at restaurant with live music, pool etc. They even provided ear plugs to guests because of this

One of the best hostels I have ever been to! Perfectly designed new building that has everything you might need, food, drinks, entertainment, a small gym and a pool. Great, professional and efficient service. Surprisingly good command of English of front desk and bar/restaurant staff. Perfectly maintained and cleaned daily. Big lockers under the dorm beds that can house a lot of luggage. I myself am a hostel owner and can rate this place in my top three hostels in the world and have been to many hostels in almost every continent.

The property has everything you would need, the pool/rooftop area is great with a fantastic view over the bay. The gym is also a nice addition. The staff are extremely attentive & make you feel extremely welcome. The food available from the restaurant is also top notch.

A great spot. For a hostel it's one of the better ones. I had the private room so that is also a great option and excellent value for money. The food and staff are also excellent as are the facilities.

Excellent facilities, room was really soundproof (which is needed with the loud mosques nearby). Dorms were laid out well with curtains, shelf behind the mattress, power outlets and room to store bags under the bed. AC was set to a good temperature. Bathrooms were really clean and modern.

This hotel/hostel exceeded our expectation in almost everything! Arrived early around 11am, the friendly and kind reception team informed us that the room will be ready by 2pm and that we can utilize the hotel facilities meanwhile such as ping pong, swimming pool, restaurant etc. We headed to the restaurant next to the pool for brunch, the food is delicious that we came back for brunch again the next day. around 1:30pm, our room is ready. Booked a twin room but the hotel is kind enough to help arranged as a double bed. Room size is decent with sufficient space to open luggage. The bathroom is big and clean, but the water heater does not work all time. Toilet flushing a bit malfunction, but easy to fix ourselves. Our room is located at 1st floor, thus we don't have much issue with the live music from the restaurant at roof top. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Every corner of the hotel is Instagram able. i can see why this hotel is always fully booked. Its location is also very convenient, only short distance to the town and Kampung Ujung for cheap seafood.
