Beautiful beach location, not far from town centre (short taxi ride), staff always happy to help with a generous smile. Quiet and well looked after.

Beautiful gardens, lovely pool, good buffet breakfast, huge comfortable beds, very friendly and caring staff Water, tea and coffee available all day The section of beach in from of the hotel is kept clean, it’s not really a swimming beach but the view is gorgeous It’s a little outside of town so the location is peaceful and quiet which you might only appreciate if you spend one night in town!! The staff can organise scooters so it’s easy to get around, just over 5 minutes to the city centre A bit of a long walk in the heat so wouldn’t recommend but it’s flat all the way Dinner is the property is good but wouldn’t eat there every night

Nice hotel just outside of Labuan Bajo. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is nice and the beach beds are comfortable. The restaurant is okay, nothing special.

Lovely location in a beautiful setting, 40 min walk into town, but a nice safe walk. Good breakfast, and fabulous pool, right on the beach Friendly and extremely helpful staff.

The property has private beach however it is a bit far from city centre. So you need to rent motorbike or using gojek/grab. If you prefer a chill and tranquil vibe you can choose this hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy. The villa room was so massive equipped with android tv (those who wanted to stream). They also prepared pick-ups from airport and transportation

Good location outside town. Room was spacious and comfortable beds. Nice sunset view. Staff is nice and helpful. Free shuttle is very convenient.
