Well located. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool but the terrace next to it is nice (even though the bar was closed).

The separate restaurant upstairs was a lovely spot to sit in the sea breeze. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were well sized, modern and comfortable. The location was great, just a couple of minute walk to the harbour and many good restaurant options in the same street. (Starbucks, and large pharmacy & ATM just down the road)

the hotel is nice and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, perfect location if you need to stay by the harbour and it’s easy to reach cafes and restaurants on foot. Nice wire from the hotel rooftop terrace.

A very convenient place to stay, everything is nearby and walkable.. infront of the hotel is money exchange place. I really dont understand why ppl got comment negative thing about this place.. I will definitely repeat again.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the pier. The rooftop bar offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. There are also many eateries nearby. The staff were very friendly and upgraded our room for free. Although it's not far from the mosque, the morning prayer broadcasts are barely audible.

Breakfast on the roof was good. I only had it once, I had a very early start one morning and unfortunately a packed breakfast was not available. However there was a range of items available all very nice.

The location was perfect, it was at the center & near to the harbour. It's a bit noisy at night, but not really an issue for us. they didn't provide breakfast but we could easily buy local breakfast nearby the Kuliner Kampung Ujung. Thanks to the Hotel for preparing a surprise decoration for our Anniversary. It was a pleasant stay at your hotel.
