Free pick up from the airport. Mr Tommy is a very good host. Family run hotel. Breakfast included in my price. Mr Tommy will git what you need. Bike rental delivered to my door. Cool 😎.

Great place for a short stay visit in Labuan Bajo, room was clean, bathroom oke, breakfast pancake with coffee or thee. No TV, or refrigerator. Very basic rooms, good value price, possible to rent a motorbike, makes everything much easy to go around in Labuan. Tommy the owner great host and super friendly, makes every thing you need the best of possible.

Very friendly staff, great that airport pick up was included in the price. Gio's Place works in partnership with a very friendly taxi driver Dede, who's service we used several times. He is highly recommended. Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was ok though the bathroom door wouldnt stay closed and as you were sitting on the toilet the door would slide open by itself. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free water. Free pickup from airport.

gios place review We have just had a four night stay at Gios place in Labuan Bajo and really enjoyed it. We were picked up from the airport by Ronnie and driven to the accommodation. There we were greeted by Tomy our host. He showed us our room which was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the aircon effective. There were two chairs and a table to sit outside in the shade where we had our very tasty omelette breakfast each morning. We were able to hire scooters for the short drive into town and Tomy also organised 2 boat trips which were amazing and very memorable. The best thing about Gios place though was definitely the staff. They were always smiling and cheerful and clearly loved working there. On our last day the staff wanted photos taking with us which was lovely. We were very happy with the accommodation and were so sad to leave. Please support this family business. They deserve it.

Rooms are comfortable, sleep quality really good. Really decent breakfast. As others mention, Tommy is really helpful and will organise trips for you- worth going on his slow-boat sunset trip to Rinca island. Recommend this place.

Gio's Place was basic and clean and the rooms were large. Bathroom was clean. Towels are provided. Breakfast served was banana pancakes and tea. The owner, Tommy who runs this place, kept it very clean. It is a basic accommodation, and it is what you paid for. No complaints. Tommy was very friendly and transportation from the airport is provided (distance about 10-15mins from the airport). A nearby morning market is located nearby if you are up for a little local exploration and a church is 5 mins walk from Gio's Place. Tommy also recommended a few eating places nearby.
