This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is stunning, the hotel is beautiful from the roof top bar to the pool area, I couldn't fault a thing. The staff around the pool area made the space feel like home and particularly Heri and Rendi who were brilliant every time. The Rinca restaurant was excellent and the service was second to non. Nita served us on several occasions and was superb. The gym space was brilliant with amazing views. All in all every one of the staff were exceptional and really made the stay perfect.

Besides the rooms, the restaurants and food and beverage selections were exceptional. The swimming pool and its facilities were great. We had dinner on the beach and that was truly special.

This resort is absolutely stunning. The staff were delightful, super friendly and helpful, the pool and views were out of this world, our room was divine with the biggest bed we've ever seen! Beautiful sunsets every night, the sunset cruise was awesome, overall it was a dream!

The views is absolute amazing. The hotel is well designed and the gardens are well maintained. Staff are very friendly and our room was nicely clean and tidied up everyday.
