A Hidden Gem in the Desert! As a Parisian who travels extensively and tends to have high standards, I have to say: Estrella Casa del Angel is an absolute masterpiece in the middle of the Tatacoa Desert! From the moment we arrived, Lucila and her family welcomed us with warmth and care that made us feel like we were part of their home. Their kindness and attentiveness are unmatched – they truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. The property itself is stunning. The rustic yet elegant design perfectly complements the natural beauty of the desert. The pools (yes, plural!) are an oasis of relaxation, and floating in the cool water while surrounded by endless desert landscapes is an experience I’ll never forget. This is the perfect spot to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. No distractions, just peace, tranquility, and the magic of the desert. The attention to detail, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful amenities, speaks volumes about the love and care Lucila and her family pour into this place. If you’re looking for a unique, soul-soothing getaway with a touch of magic, Estrella Casa del Angel is it. What a place !!! A real quiet place make u feel you are alone in the world. And the team is so friendly, helpful and smiling. They make you feel like part of the family. (Thanks again to all of you) Do not hesitate to stop for at least 2 nights to perfectly disconnect from everyday life.

This hotel is truly amazing!! Very romantic with great desert views and a gorgeous pool. The staff was amazing and had great attention to detail. Highly recommend staying at least 2 nights to be sure to see the stars and enjoy a full day with the guide provided by the hotel. Also appreciated that they sent the guide to show us the way to the hotel once we arrived at villavieja. Would stay again.
