The fine print
A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions.
Please note that all minors under 18 years of age need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his/her parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.Please note that late check-out until 1 pm is available upon request for an extra fee of 25,000 COP.
