The location was great, 3 min walk from La Spezia station, very close to the harbour and restaurants. We had a late check-in and the owner was warm and friendly, quick to communicate and sent us instruction for a self check in. The room itself was fantastic, it had a spacious outdoor terrace, fantastic for those sunny days. The bathroom was spacious and good. Housekeeping was good too.

When visiting Cinque Terre, staying in La Spezia is smart because you can (and should) take the train to the five cities that compose "Cinque Terre." It's hard to visit those if you're planning to drive. Real Rooms is located close to the train station and also close to La Spezia's city "centre." We stayed in "room 1," which has a good sofa bed. It was a clean and spacious room with all the little things you would want (e.g., AC, linen, towels, mini-fridge, corkscrew). The bathroom (ensuite) was also spacious, with a great shower and a place for you to put your toiletries. Although Real Rooms is a "B&B" like many others we stayed in Italy, none of them includes breakfast. You get a card that gives you access to the building, the corridor of your floor, and your room. It's a normal residence building with multiple floors and rooms, not a "hotel building." I slept on the sofa bed, and my friend on the couple's bed. The room was "dark enough" (not fully dark), and we slept well. We would easily stay there again in the future.

Room was very clean, host was really helpful and friendly provided us with reccomendations in the area. Close to the train station but quiet. Would reccomend!

The location is excellent, very close to the railway station and the city centre. The owners are very nice. Rooms are good.

The room was clean and larger than expected. The bathroom was very nice. Was allowed to check in out of office hours and was given great instructions to do so. Property is in a great location close to restaurants and La Spezia station so great for explored Cinque Terre.

I couldn’t wish for a better place to stay. It was my second time in Real Rooms and I’ll be back for sure. Big, clean room, perfect location and Andrea the host is simply great!
