After 23:00 check-in is not possible.A free public parking space is located close to the motorway exit. Guests can then reach the property with a public shuttle bus. It stops at Piazza Verdi, 100 metres from the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Spacious room. Modern bathroom. Central but quiet location. Great tips from the owner Sergio who took the time to tell us all about how to visit the local area. Friendly welcome.

The location is AMAZING. Super close to ferries and some of the best food we had in Italy. Fortunately there was some live music the 2 nights we were there so we were able to enjoy it from our balcony. You could hear it, but it wasn't too loud and with the doors/windows closed you barely heard it. Sergio is lovely and gave us an amazing restaurant suggestion for a local dish, Panigacci. Everything really was amazing.

The room was clean and well equipped. The location is great - very close to the shopping area and to the docks. Sergio was very hospitable and gave great tips about restaurants and about traveling around la spezia. I recommend this place whole hearted
