I appreciate having the small fridge to store food. The room was spacious. I liked being based in la spezia- nice restaurants nearby; train station close as well. The room has excellent heating - I was warm. Due to an Italian law change- the check in process has changed- you must check in in-person. The owner of Lia rooms has navigated this change well.

it's ok for a short stay 1 night. The room is clean and the bath room is nice. Location also very central.

Good value for money, good location. The elevator is a kind of fun way to experience an authentic Italian elevator. The room is clean and tidy.
