Bed is comfy and king size. I stayed for a night. Shared bathroom and clean. TV and fridge are functional. Location is just few mins away by walk from La Spezia centrale.

The room was a good size. There were tea and coffee facilities (but no milk). There was a little fridge in the room.

It had a good central location and the check-in was easy. The room was quite large and nice. Even though there were many reviews about it being loud it was not bad for us at all.

Very close to La Spezia train station and easy to find. Nice view over the city and nearby the centre. The room was big and comfy.

Registration on distance was ok, staff helped me online. In number we found tea and coffee. Apartments was clean and quiet. Only the sounds from trains, cause near the train station. But in the night I didn't hear them. Additional blanket was very helpful. You can find fault with the wear and tear of the building or other little things, but overall everything is fine. The shower and toilet were shared, but clean and with hot water. We slept comfortably, drank tea in the evening and coffee in the morning. If you are looking for an overnight stay, for this price this is a very good option.
