Nice apartment in a gorgeous building. Clean and spacious for a family of 4. Kids enjoyed the big teddy bear in the room. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the train station and about 20 minutes to the harbour. Parking in the area a nightmare but we were lucky to find a spot very close to the apartment and it wasn't too expensive. We arrived in La Spezia earlier than planned and with very little notice could check in early. We thought that was very accommodating of the owner.

The proximity to station, was a fairly easy walk, about 300 metres. Met at the door to the premises and shown around by Carmine, who was extremely helpful and spoke very good English. The room is bright and airy with good air conditioning and a small balcony. There is a small fridge , kettle , safe and put you up bed as well as the main double bed, which was comfortable , the pillows were too fat for our liking. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good repair. There was an adjoining door presumably to another room. The location on Corso Cavour is ideal , however be aware that this street is 1.5 km long and it takes a good 25 minutes to walk to the harbour for boat trips to Cinque Terre and to restaurants and shops .

Spacious, clean and very nice rooms. Air conditioning that was quiet and was able to maintain requested temperature. Situated in quiet neighborhood, only 5 minutes walk to train station for visiting Cinque Terre. Carmine was very helpful with everything questioned, and answered right away. Also flexible with check in.
