Location was great. A few minutes walk from the train station and restaurants. Our room was lovely. Very comfy bed. The staff were friendly and gave us lots of information about the area and how to access Cinque Terra.

Breakfast was not included with the room rate. The location was perfect. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

The gorgeous staff gave us a very friendly welcome. The room was amazing looking g from out side we were really surprised to find this very beautiful and thoughtful layout and decor, great value for money. Location so close to the train station so we got an early start next day to Cinque Terre. Walked to port where we did sunset tour , restaurants and bars near by. The hotel supplied great info on restaurants, train and busy schedules even recommended places to eat at the five villages of Cinque.

Excellent location just a stones throw from the main train station. Clean, quiet, lovely ladies on desk who gave us lots of good info for our short stay. Good value voucher for Italian breakfast taken at one of 3 cafes €5 coffee juice and pastry.

The location of the property is near the central part of La Spezia and close to the train station to the towns of Cinque Terre. Elettra was simply amazing in her meet-up, explaining to us about the property, how to get to Cinque Terre, dining suggestions. Everything was well thought out and it extended also to all amenities in this property. Parking was convenient, near the property and could fit our 9-seater van. We loved our time here. Thanks Erica and Elettra!
