Has the look and feel of a hotel. Modern decor, up-to-date appliances. Exceptionally helpful and friendly hosts, very welcoming. Central location, within short walking distance of sightseeing spots, amenities and transport. Would recommend to anyone who seeks a more personalised experience of the La Spezia Gulf.

The host was so friendly and nice; allowed us to leave our bags way before check-in time, provided us with some tips and took the time to chat with us. The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. Although it's located in an area that gets really busy at night (or at least, on a Friday night) the double windows help block out the noise from outside.

Lovely clean modern room and very quiet even though bar below. They txt before and were waiting to greet us and explain about keys. Central location with good air conditioning.

Great experience with the friendly hosts at the B&B, large and calm rooms. Host was available at all times to answer questions and provided cleand and comfortable accommodation.

It was close to everything. Breakfast was very delicious. The lady handing over the room, gave us good advise on where to park (Europa Park) and where to eat. The room was nice, clean and there was a kettle also to make tea or coffee.

We arrived in the city of La Spezia as a crossing point for Cinque Terre. We were very surprised by the lively city. The location of the hotel was great right on the pedestrian street, the room was very clean and modern. We also found car parking in an area close to the hotel. Breakfast is one of the cafes next to the hotel. It was nice and tasty.
