The host is super friendly, she made it so easy for us to enjoy our stay at the accommodation . The location is superb, the view of La Spezia is great. There is free parking next to accommodation . We really enjoyed our stay there. If you plan on visiting La Spezia, this place is recommended.

Fantastic views. Exceptionally friendly attentive owner. Exceptionally clean. Large bathroom and nice sunny terrace for breakfast. Lactose free milk ( excellent!) big well equipped shared kitchen. Very helpful owner with suggestions for where to visit

The host was amazing. She helped us out with transport in the city and around Cinque Terra. Her husband even drove us into the city centre on a rainy day.

Fantastic view and really Daniela was so lovely & welcoming and gave great advice about things to do. A great base to explore la spezia, cinque terre and portovenere. Really comfortable, quiet and spacious.

A very clean, cameral and comfortable room with a great view of the golf. Good acces by car. Typical italian breakfest. Daniela, the owner, is very nice and hospitable and she can understand all needs of her guests. Thank you very much for a great time in La Spezia!

Daniela was the most incredible host! The rooms and shared facilities (kitchen and common area) were so lovely and clean and the view was amazing! The breakfast was also so perfect for us as we were on the go most days so was good to grab it and go and there was so much of it for us! Thank you Daniela will definitely be returning if we ever come back!

Amazing property with nice views from the top loft apartment. Staff was really easy to communicate to. On street parking (which at times can be hard to find) and the property is an easy car ride from the centre and the railway station.
