Our host, Adelmo, was excellent, providing information, helping us book a restaurant on our first night after arriving late, and even providing some figs for breakfast one morning.. The location is about 10 minutes' drive from La Spezia, in a very quiet spot, just outside a small village, with a small shop and restaurant. The apartment had all the essentials and a good shower.. The shared pool is also a bonus which we used on a couple of occasions. We had one large appointment with 2 bedrooms, a huge living room and kitchen. The second was a studio apartment for our daughter which was small but had all the essential amenities.

Very quiet and peaceful, fantastic panoramic views, nice terrace with large Brolly and table and chairs. Solarium on roof of accommodation and beautiful clean swimming pool with stunning views.

Gli Ulivi Di Montalbano is a great place to stay for visiting the La Spezia / Cinque Terre area. Adelmo was a fantastic host and his communications were excellent. The swimming pool was a welcome addition as we had a couple of very warm days during our stay.

Very friendly owner and beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal. Swimming pool was really nice.

Nice views from balcony. Close to al the places you want to go to when in this area. Quiet en relaxed location in hills.
