Perfectcroom. So comfy bed, super ac and size of room. Just abit heavy in heat to climb 4 floors and stairs up. Otherwise perfect. We will come back.

What an incredible hidden gem We booked this room at the last minute as we wanted to explore La Spezia a little over a few days, upon arrival we had a parking space in the secure garage across the street and then onto the room which was great. The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, there is little or no noise from the street which makes sleeping easy, the room is very quiet. The shops and bars are 2 minutes walk and the harbour 10-15 minutes. The owners are very friendly and were at hand to offer advice or generally just stay in communication ( a rare quality these days). I am happy to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and experience We visited Cinque Terre easily from here, the train station is 10 minutes walk Give it a go and you wont be disappointed

The room is situated in a nice building, at the top floor (without elevator) and it was very, very clean! The bathroom was spacious, with everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to the train station and close to the city center! To be honest, the location was the best thing for us at this accommodation. The check-in and the check-out process was easy, smooth and well explained.

We were so tired after long travel in train, and the room was AMAZING: so comfy, quiet and really well located! The price was really well because the room is high quality. The communication with the host was 100% complete after our reservation. Thank you so much!
