Nice, clean rooms. Helpful, welcoming staff. Parking at a reasonable price. Great location, one lift ride from city centre and 5 minutes walk from the train to 5 Terre.

Very comfortable hotel close to the pedestrian mall. Good breakfast and nice cappuccino. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all, it has a lift down to the mall level (5 floors below reception).

The staff was super helpful, parking in front of the hotel ok, breakfast ok Location 10 min walk to the city center, 20 min to the train to visit the villages The price of accommodation is okay.

Good breakfast, very central and I really loved La Spezia as a base, proper city, loads of shops and restaurants and a friendly place. Really glad we based here rather than any of the Cinque terre villages way more choice and less touristy.

Breakfast selection was quite good - pastries, cereals and yogurt, hot dishes, coffee, fruit, etc. We were three people and the room had 3 beds which was what we requested.
