we were looking for a last minute stay in La Spezia and this option was perfect - I liked the self check in option, Andrea provided all the info needed to find the place and check in. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Location is perfect! Close to the train station restaurants etc. ideal if you’re doing the Cinqa Terra. Rafaelo the host is excellent giving us info on where to go to do the walk, restaurant recommendations, other activities and also offered luggage storage to make the most of our two night stay

It was very clean and the host was great. He gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and nearby towns that we could visit. It is very close to the train station, and there is a shop across the street, which is really great. We liked everything and would come again.

Excellent location, just a few minutes from the train station. The host was really nice and very helpful and there were lots of restaurant options only minutes away. Good to have aircon in the room too as it was very hot!

Location was perfect! Close to LaSpezia Centrale (6min walk), and about 15-20min walk to the portside if you want to utilise the ferry! Also closeby to the bus stations (5min) which can bring you to other amazing towns such as Leriche and Portovenere. Our room’s view was beautiful - mountain view and you also get to see a small square just outside the apartment where children play around often. We also had a great host Raphaelo! Very friendly and helpful. Easy to contact and was always available to help us when we need to. Gave great recommendations on the areas to explore (Leriche and Portovenere). Even helped us book a table for a dinnerplace that is famous!

Andrea who helped us to our room was so chivalrous and helpful. The room is beautiful with great views. The area is stunning and close to many places for day trips. The room was clean and comfortable.

- 5 mins walk away from La spezia station - Good location that allows you to travel easily around Cinque Terre and lots of restaurants around the area with a Carrerfour express just across the road - Clean and the view is really good! Highest floor but there is an elevator - Raffaello was helpful and provided good recommendations!
