The room was nice, as was the owner. I liked the cutesy decorations and everything was clean. It's also very close to the train station, so easy if you plan to go to Cinque Terre. The breakfast isn't at the apartment but instead at the cafe across the street, which is unusual but the food was nice.

The location is 10/10, literally 3 minutes from the station and a few minutes from the street where all of the small restaurants are. The room is quiet as it is from the back of the building, not directly on the street. Stefania is amazing. She suggested a lot of places to eat and things to do. Very easy to communicate. We also had breakfast included in the cafe across the street, a true Italian experience! I recommend this place & would go back if I visit La Specia again.

Super close to the train station, which is very convenient as a base to visit Cinque-terre. The keys were ready in a keybox when we arrived. The room is nicely decorated, simulating being at the bottom of the sea. We found it very clean and there was coffee, tea and pastries. There is additional breakfast included (coffee, bakery & juice) located in a coffee shop in front of the apartment. The heating was working well. Our host was very communicative and helpful, giving some details to make the most of our stay. We enjoyed reading the guest book!
