Apartment is located in city centre close to a lot of good restaurants and close to train station. Really useful if you want to travel to Cinque Terre or to visit city centre.

The room was very clean and comfortable; we slept well. The location is great, only a few minutes’ walk to the railway station. The parking is not far from the station, and the prices are reasonable. The host was very nice and answered all of my questions about restaurants, parking, and the ship trip.

The host is very nice, helpful with a lot of information. The internet is very good, high speed. The cofee offered is good quality and it was plenty The center of La Spezzia begins from the location and the train station is at 5 minutes walk. It is very important for visiting Cinque Terre. Good quality for the money.

The room was very big, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well presented, and the shower was spacious. The property was only a few minutes' walk to the train station for day trips to Cinque Terre and for going to other towns. There are many restaurants close by and for those wanting an English breakfast there is a restaurant just around the corner where to can get bacon and eggs. It is only a short stroll to the Marina and well worth the visit to see the super yachts moored there. Riccardo was an excellent host and his recommendations for restaurants were great. We took the bus to Portovenere. I would highly recommend this day trip. I would most definitely stay in this apartment again if I came to La Spezia.

Riccardo is very friendly and welcoming. He answered all our questions re parking and tips to travel around Cinque Terre. Location was awesome and only a few minutes walk to the main station. 😊

Good room is located in a historical building, you can start looking at it as soon as you enter. The station is literally 5 minutes away, the bus stop to Portovenere and the port are also within walking distance. Riccardo was very kind, he told me a lot of useful information about the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, about cafes nearby and so on. If any questions arose, they could be quickly resolved via WhatsApp or Booking.com chat. There is no breakfast, but there is tea/coffee, juices, cookies.
