Location is excellent - it is the very City center but triple glazing windows help and there's no noise. The room and the reception are equipped with anything you need, including vending machines. Rooms are stylish and the bathroom is new. Eliza, the lady who welcomed us, us so helpful, caring and kind. She gave us so many tips, it made our two days stay so much easier ( we even stayed for another day).

the apartment is just outside of the old town with parking garages close by. the hosts were waiting for us and coming for the check out as well and gifted us a bottle of wine. the rooms had everything needed and helped a lot with our itinerary. the beds were very good

Location is a great base to visit the Cinque Terre, about a 5 min walk to the La Spezia train station. The room was safe & secure and had everything I needed. The host were super lovely and accomodating. They messaged me everyday with updates on the boats & gave really good recommendations. As a female solo traveller the host also checked I was ok.

Simeon and Elisa are very friendly. Location very good, minutes to train. Has USB charger on the wall. Room has many features.

The room was very very clean and spacios, the host was super nice, she gave us many many tips even a botle of wine, the location is near the train station near the city center, pet friendly with no charge, it was a lovely stay! Grazie donna Elisa e Simone

The location is excellent. It is very near the pedestrian street where there are cafes restaurants and shops. It is a 20 min. walk from the port where I took some cruises. Also it is a 15 min. walk to the central train station.

Simone and Elisa are great hosts, very welcome, warm, generous and fool of informations. They suggested us great La Spezia locations, good restaurants, trips, they served us with a good wine, so they made our stay very happy and pleasant! And the train station is very close (3 min away). Very nice host, helped us with a lot of useful information regarding the area, where to eat, what to visit, where to park. The location is very close to the train station, clean and cosy room.

Our lovely host Elisa looked out for us on the street and made us feel very welcome. She gave us a bottle of wine on arrival and even walked us to a local restaurant for dinner where we had the most amazing pizza. She met us again in the morning- we loved our stay!
