The host was wonderful, providing us information and an iron when we requested one. The room was very clean and located in a perfect spot in La Spezia. Security entrance and lift and small balcony. Tea making facilities and a welcome bundle.

Great location in La Spezia. Close to the train station and good restaurants. Quick and speedy communication with the staff. Would recommend.

Perfect location near to the walking streets, convenient stores, shopping and lotsa eateries. Room is comfortable for two but could be challenging if they have more than 1 big luggage to be opened..

This property was very good and close to the railway station & cafes. It was clean comfortable and had what you needed! It was easy to find. They were contactable and helpful. It was just what we needed.

We liked the Location in a calm neighborhood, a close walking distance from the train station Basically it is a room with a minibar, closet, a desk and a bathroom/shower - Basics for a short trip Coffee, tea and a kettle were perfect to settle in.

Perfect location. Host is fantastic. Valentina is very responsive. Whether it be to fix something or for tips on where to go. Always helpful. My wife and I loved our stay. Easy access to trains to access Cinque Terre. Would stay again!

In en excellent location very close to the main town area, with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. As well as a short walk to the train station.
