Damilly, Elisabeth and their mum were incredibly friendly! We loved talking to them! Especially Damilly was very helpful, explained us a lot about the country, La Romana, the hotel etc. She even tried to teach us Spanish:) The hotel is very well located and you can walk everywhere in La Romana. The breakfast was very good too and different every day including fresh fruit, plus you can eat your breakfast on the rooftop terrace, which we really enjoyed! Damilly and her family offer tours in the area. They took us to Altos de Chavon and a great beach in Casa de Campo.

The hotel owner helped us book a trip to Saona island with taxi pick-up from the hotel. Cool breakfast on roof top, where you can view the city from the top. Actually, you're in the middle of the town, you feel the local vibe with the noise of the schools, you see the trucks full with pineapples supplying the shops.
