The location was perfect, located in the old part of the town and a short stroll to the Marina and in the opposite direction the beach .

The property is in a fabulously convenient location to explore La Rochelle on foot. The next street over has a great choice of restuarants. We initially parked by the property but Angelique told us about another car park which was much better value and only 5 mins walk away. The room is beautiful and quirky with lots to look at. There was a portable air con unit which we needed now and again.
