We liked everything about the Hotel. The construction and decoration is so beatiful. It's very different than everyplace I've had been. The staff was AMAZING. Very polite and helpful (especially with the altitude sickness). The rooms were impeccable, comfy, clean and beatiful.

The hotel and room were fantastic. Such a historic building with so much character and personality. It was beautifully old but yet clean and had a great smell to it. The room was small but quaint, very nicely decorated and cozy with a heater for the cold nights. And amazingly, the room was so very quiet, a nice reprieve from the busy outside. The staff were very friendly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. They offered us the coca tea upon arrival, helped with our bags and ordered a taxi when requested. When there was a small complication (nothing to do with the hotel) they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get what we needed. Breakfast was good with standard offerings for South America. Fantastic value for this accommodation!

Great location, 400 years old building creates unforgettable atmosphere. Room was spacious, bed super comfortable. Clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. Highly recommend for staying in La Paz.

This place is a real gem, we absolutely loved it here. Good location, but real highlight is the staff. The main man on the desk is brilliant with any request, and we felt really welcome and safe. Would definitely recommend.
