When you check into Kawsay Apart-accommodation, you will meet a kind, diligent, humble and caring guide-Mr. Gumer. The accommodation facilities are perfect. The kitchen, bathroom and bed are top-notch. It is at the level of a 4-5star hotel with a kitchen. Recharge your tired body and mind from your trip to La Paz at this accommodation. I was greatly helped to recover from altitude sickness and cold [La Paz weather in January-low temperature, high humidity] in this comfortable, safe and perfect accommodation. Airport [round trip] pickup is provided for a fee upon request. If I visit Bolivia again, I would like to stay there again.

I would highly recommend this apartment to all traveling to La Paz. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is convenient and safe. The host and on site manager Gumer are so helpful and super nice. It was our first time in Bolivia and first two nights. The host helped us to exchange money with very good rate. Helped us to buy cellphone SIM card. Allow us to stay at terrace after checked out till late in the afternoon. Without them we can not start our journey in Bolivia so smoothly. If we could, we’d like to give 10+ rating for this unforgettable stay.

Very central location, but the best thing is Nicholas: always ready to answer questions, gives useful tips, organizes reliable taxi drivers and is always interested in making sure his guests have a good time. The apartment is very nice and spacious, the terrace one floor up is also great. definitely recommended!

A lovely spacious Apartment, fully equipped. Two big perfect bathrooms! Huge rooftop terrace, ideal for relaxing. Excellent location (with a Teleferico station very close by). Highly recommendable, and very good value for money!

The property was very modern, very spacious and clean. It is in an excellent location. Nicolas was a fantastic host, he was so helpful in terms of allowing early check in, organising our airport transfer. Well worth every penny!

We were dropped off by bus a block away and Nicolas came to meet us to take us to the apartment at 10:30 pm! Nicolas was very responsive and helpful throuout. We were right downtown.
