The staff were friendly and helpful. They organized my arrival airport to hotel pickup. The hotel is in a great location. Great restaurants within walking distance. I joined a day tour and meeting point was within minutes of walking distance from hotel. I arrived early in the morning, front desk offered for half of room rate, I can checked in early with breakfast included. Very happy and Will stay here again 👍

Excellent location, near the city center and bus/train station. 5min walk to the Witches Market and Coca Museum. Varied and tasty breakfast. Amazing view from room balcony and hotel terrace.

Loved the style of the hotel - each floor has a different Bolivian theme. Fast internet. Victor at reception gave me a free upgrade when I told him my standard room had a bad view. The hotel is very safe and breakfast is amazing. Great value for money
