I had a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating — I requested a room change, and they handled it quickly and with a smile. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the overall atmosphere.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Great communication with me prior to my arrival and were helpful in answering my queries. Great location too. Nice heavy blankets and a heater provided in the room with the cold weather.

We had great time staying in the Las Brisas Centro! Super lovley staff, we really enjoyed breakfast at the covered terrace where you even get asked for an individual egg-dish :) specially we want to highlight the helpful staff at the reception! They place is located in the heart of La Paz!

Staff especially Luis were very helpful, including letting me check in early and helping organise taxis. Breakfast was delicious. Overall the hotel is great value especially considering how central the area is.

We crashed here for 1 night with a very late check in. Personel at the the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, with a comfy bed and bathroom. Great shower.

I've stayed here a couple of times now, and I am more impressed each time I do! The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are absolutely wonderful! Luis on reception checked me in this time, and he was an absolute delight. He's kind and welcoming, he made sure I had absolutely everything I needed a put a smile on my face with his friendly and bubbly demeanor! Later in the evening I realised I had booked myself a much earlier bus out of the city than I originally thought, so at 11pm, Juan (another receptionist) helped me plan my early morning and ordered me a taxi to ensure I wouldn't miss my bus! He was still there in the morning when I left, and he even helped me carry my bags to the taxi! What a guy. 20/10 for staff experience here, I highly recommend this place :)!

The hotel is located 200 metres from Witches Market and very accessible via taxi from El Alto Airport. It also has amazing options for shopping and food. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the price is awesome. Breakfast is simple but good.
