I was able to check in early which was great after arriving off a night bus. I appreciated there being drinking water available and that I was allowed to have the included breakfast on the day I checked in, as I was not going to be able to have it on my check out day. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure. Location is good for Peru Hop pickup and is close enough to the centre. Nice an quiet as well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was well located for the cable car station, shops and parks. The room was clean and had everything, we just had to learn how to turn on the gas heating, which was perfect for the low temperatures at night. After checking out, we were able to store our luggage while we left on the night bus and wait for the taxi to arrive. We appreciate it very much.

Great location, very nice and quiet room, beautiful breakfast. Staff always smiley and very welcoming, ready to hell and assist with everything. Highly recommend it!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was ideally located for nearby gondola stations, shops, and parks. Room was compact, but clean and had everything I was looking for. Heating was excellent, ideal for a winter stay. Buffet breakfast is basic, but filling and does the job. Would definitely recommend or stay here again myself.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, heating, hot water, left luggage, nice breakfast, nice views from breakfast room. Staff helpful. There is also a nice coffee shop, restaurant, bar on the corner called Bronze. Tour groups know hotel for easy pick up. There are tour agencies and laundry near by.
