Great location, less than a minute walk to the teleferico station. Great staff, the hotel was nicely decorated. Very ice breakfast. I was very happy that I satyed here and will stay again.

Super friendly and helpful team that work there, arranged two early rides to the airport and stored our bags while we went to Uyuni. Good breakfast with a cool system to order the night before. Also got some pastries to go as we left early on two mornings which was so nice! Beds are comfortable and warm (pillows could be better but that’s my only feedback!). Complimentary coca tea was lovely with the altitude. Would stay here again and recommend! Super close to one of the many teleferico stations, which is a must do!

Good location v close to cable car. Not flash but really friendly and best breakfast we’ve had in 2 weeks. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - even sorted a breakfast box for us at 3am.

The staff were amazing. So helpful especially when it turned out there was an issue with the sim card I purchased at the airport, they called the company to help sort it out. The location is great and being able to hop on the teleferico is so easy to get around. The rooms are not the largest, but that is exactly as shown in the booking. It is excellent value for money especially with the breakfast made to order! We will be staying again and look forward to ending our trip there.

The staff here are exceptional from the cleaners to the receptionists. Breakfast is ordered via a form so you get what you want every morning. Coca tea is provided freshly brewed every afternoon. Paid next day laundry service. Security is very good. Hotel located close to the teleférico station for easy access around the city.
