Easy to find and access and the flat itself was very nice. The facilities inside were excellent -- fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher for home cooking.

Location, close by few parking lots and a supermarket, essential if you stay in an apartment like this one, unless someone doesn't make any meals or even simple breakfasts. For me it is important. Also, few nearby places to eat, serving good food.
