Reception opening hours in the winter, from 02 December 2016 to 02 April 2017:
- Sunday to Thursday: 09:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00
- Friday: 09:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
- Saturday: 08:00 to 11:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.
- Wednesday: closed.If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.The reception is closed in Summer.Prices include: accommodation, cleaning kit, TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax) and basic WiFi access.Bath linen are not included. You can bring your own or rent some for EUR 10.For short stays (2 nights minimum), arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00).For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person.A baby kit for children weighing less than 15 kg is available at an additional cost (subject to availability). The kit includes: a folding bed with fitted sheet and a highchair.For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time-frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.End-of-stay cleaning is extra, to be paid on site. It is included (except kitchen area) for Super Home, Prestige and Exclusive accommodation

Staff friendly and helpful. Apartment was well equipped with bonus of a large tea pot for us British tea lovers Accessible to ski slopes.
