A great location right on the St Lawrence. The chateau is the standard bearer of Fairmont and when you pull up you know the experience will be great. Service by staff were always met with a smile, great to know most staff were bilingual, my French skills are embarrassing.

I loved that the hotel is pet-friendly and I could take my dog with me. Clean and comfortable room, Le Labo bath amenities, excellent breakfast with a variety of products and a wonderful view of the Saint Laurent River. I loved the smell in the hotel lobby, I liked it so much that I bought a bottle to use at my home. I loved my stay at this Hotel!

The hotel itself is amazing. The location is breathtaking. You feel like you're in another world. I liked the fact that it was pet-friendly. My dogs had a great time exploring the grounds. The facilities are fantastic. You won't run out of things to do.

Didn't have breakfast Have been 4 different actions, the food for lunch is not worth of the location. Aright at best

Essentially, they did not want to give me the river view room that I had booked on booking.com. When I checked in, I asked if the room had a river view. They said it was not available. When I said I had booked a river view, they tried for half an hour to give me a room with a river view. Thank you. The room I reserved is the same as the room they gave me. It wasn't the quality but the river view was worth everything, thank you fairmont

Breakfasts delicious and service exceptional, disappointing that breakfast buffet not available. Location provided beautiful vistas over river but without a car and situated on a very steep hill above the town, it was difficult to get around - staff helped with transportation when they could.
