The location was perfect for exploring - private parking a definite bonus. 10 minutes walk from the tram terminus which we didn't even know existed - such an easy way to access Santa Cruz de Tenerife! Wonderfully spacious apartment with beautiful wood floors, ceilings, windows etc - it looked and felt special, and made us smile every time we returned to it. Facilities are good - we just added a couple of utensils to the kitchen collection as we favour using them. The owners thoughtfully provide laundry and dishwashing products which is helpful. The bed and linen was super comfy. Overall the apartment is very peaceful, but see below.

Very comfortable. Absolutely spotless. Very quiet too. Everything we needed was there for us to use. Very well maintained and our host was extremely polite and helpful. Kept in constant contact and was waiting for us when we arrived. We had the ground floor flat which is situated in a residential area. Everything is nearby and we couldn’t have picked a better area. Trams is a 10 min walk and bus station was about 20 min walk. Area is buzzing and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. Locals are friendly and polite.

Good location with handy parking on-site. The ground floor apartment was very spacious. Staff were quick and informative via booking.com. The beds were very comfortable. Although not particularly sound-proof, other guests were quiet between 11pm and 8am when we stayed.. Very little natural light in our courtyard-facing flat. The soap dispensers in the shower were both empty, which was annoying. They weren't particularly apologetic or keen to replace them straight away, so we could have our morning shower either.

Spacious appartment,clean, nicely decorated, comfy beds, big storage space. Quite location in the city centre, just next the pedestrian zone with plenty of sights and dining options. The parking spot is a big benefit. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay! Thank you!

Excellent location in the old town of La Laguna, yet on a quiet street. The apartment is huge, with very comfortable and large beds. The contact with the staff was excellent! A great amenity was the private parking.
