I appreciate the fast english communication with the owner, with Miguel via Whatsapp. It is one star hotel, but I think some two or three star hotels are worse. The room was simple,clean,the bathroom perfect.

The hotel is located in the city of La Esperanza, which is a very calm area, located on the mountain. The structure is welcoming, the room was spacious and clean. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop that go to Laguna. The manager was very friendly and gave me some tips on what to visit on the island.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was very much welcomed after a very warm week in Tenerife.

Everything was nice and clean and the owner also gave us many tips for our trip. We could also check in independently through a code that was sent to us to unlock the main gate. There is a supermarket really close by and the city is also only a few minutes away driving.
