The hotel was impressive and immaculate , the staff were impersonal and not give star more 3 star. The mattresses were to firm and uncomfortable . Five star appearance but shadowed by 3 star service .

A luxury hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was delightful, and the indoor pool was amazing. The overall environment was elegant and luxurious, and the room was fully equipped.

We completely lucked into this place, as it was the only hotel available that night -- and could not believe our eyes when we walked in! The lobby is very elegant, receptionist staff super friendly and helpful, nice relaxing bar are with lots of comfy chair and sports on TV. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed visiting Almeria (20 minutes away) -- lots of interesting history and architecture!

I stay in this hotel for one night. It has everything you need. Rooms are very big and spacious, also the bathroom is very big. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one indoor and one outodoor, very nice. Good free parking. Breakfast was excellent!
