Very friendly staff. Always a pleasure being welcomed by them. Excellent location: not too far from the centre of Troyes, whilst being close th the motorway. Secure on site parking. Restaurants next door that offer discounts for people staying at the hotel. Have used this hotel before and will be back again.

Staff extremely kind and helpful. We needed a car mechanic on a Saturday and they found us one and in 15 min he was there. They gave us a room that could accommodate our needs as we were travelling with our dog. Room spotless clean nice and comfy bed, big tv and nice bathroom with shower. There is a restaurant and a bowling close by and the city center is a very short drive away from the hotel

Stayed in 301, nice family room with double bed and separate twin sofa beds. Both rooms with TV and good wifi. Breakfast, all one needs and a couple of restaurants nearby (although hotel also has a small bar and pizzas). Parking also secure, which is nice.
