The wellness is amazing - so beautifull renovated basement as the whole hotel, old details renewed. Massage was great! The extra breakfast dishes next to the buffet of the menu are delicious.

This was our second visit to the Grand Hotel and it was just as special as our first. The food, the spa and the staff are what makes a stay here memorable. The quality of the food, and the accompanying service, was exemplary throughout our stay. You are made to feel special from the moment you arrive, with any requests being dealt with immediately. The spa is magical. If it's relaxation you want then look no further... Well done to all the staff of the Grand Hotel, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas! We will be sure to stay here the next time we are in Lodz.

The building is beautifully restored and is very luxurious . The location couldn’t be better and you feel safe as there is always someone to attend to be it front desk or porter. Parking is fantastic also . Really enjoyed the stay!
