The hotel has a pleasant fragrance and is very clean. The room is standard-sized but comfortable for three people, with a balcony. The floor isn't cold even during winter. The bathroom is clean and nice. Room have basic facilities like a kettle, cups provided.

What a lovely hotel. If you just need a room with facilities then this new, clean, welcoming venue is for you. It located just five minutes from the center. There are three floors but no lift, the mountain view was amazing. We will definitely return.

The hotel is located in an ultracentral location. The staff is really nice and friendly and they gave us some great recommendations about what we can do in Kyustendil. We were accomodated in some very nice, cosy, clean and modern looking rooms. In the hotel there was even a small space were there were some snacks and drinks provided for free for the guests. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

Lovely family place, very kind owners. The rooms are perfectly clean. The bathroom is a real pleasure. Location on the very center. Very charming and welcoming entrance and parking. Wish them all the best and will be happy to stay with that little hotel again!

It was my second stay at Hotel Konstantinovi. His perfect location makes the visit more comfortable and easy and fast getting to each direction. The owners are very kind. Super spacious and clean rooms. Definitely, I will visit again. It's a pure pleasure.
