Here our whole family became very fond of the Onsen. Soo great to go there every evening after our visits. A nice cuddle are the beauty products for free at the Onsen. You get fresh pyjamas and towels, slippers and a kimono to go to the Onsen. The room was spacious enough for the 5 of us (with small luggage). Loved the experience of traditional bedding all together. At the reception they often offer soups and typical Japanese activities.

This is my second time staying, it is my favourite hotel in Kyoto. It is so nice, the onsen, the service, the breakfast and the staff are absolutely fantastic! This second time staying was even better than the first! When checking out the nice lady remembered me from last year, it was really funny ☺️ I will be back next year again!

Great location, 2 min walk from train station. Free sake tasting, ice cream and bookmark making station in the lobby. Spacious and open room with tatami flooring and futons, all necessary ammenities provided.

The bath, the hotel itself, the sake tasting, the free ice cream, the uniqueness of Japanese style bed layout. Also, the matcha provided in our room. Very thoughtful.

We had a traditional room with futons and bento breakfast (you can choose the breakfast type the day before, before afternoon) that was delivered to the room at a selected time. It was a great place to explore Kyoto. There was also a sake tasting in the lobby. It was reachable by bus from the main station and we were able to visit touristic spots using public transport from nearby train and metro stations.

This hotel ticks all the boxes we needed for our holiday stay. Room was spacious and amenities were generously provided. As we were staying with kids, the hotel also provided some toys for them.

Very nice hotel and very nice staff. They provide sake tasting every day in the afternoon. Would recommend if you stay in Kyoto.
