Everything, mainly the location it was everything close by at least the best shrines and streets in KYOTO, Staff was always super helpful nd friendly.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me with its service and atmosphere. The place is very beautiful and cozy, and the location was perfect — all the major attractions and necessary places were within walking distance. The kitchen and refrigerator were on the first floor, which was also very convenient. The area is excellent, with friendly and welcoming people around.

For my first capsule hotel it was unexpectedly comfortable, the bathroom and amenities were great and the staff were some of the nicest people I met on my trip. For the cheap price this place exceeds expectation

Perfection location, really kind staff (they speak English) and very clean. They give you all you need (towels, toothbrush, earplug and you can even rent night clothes).

The location is quite good, it's near the Gion area, bus stop, convenience stores. The room is clean, private. The staffs are friendly, supportive. The price is affordable.

- The location was fantastic, right beside the old part of Kyoto. - There were e-bikes outside which were convenient to avoid using the congested Kyoto public transportation. - The projector in the common area was very nice - I spent a few hours watching "The Mummy" with some other guests after a tiring day of walking everywhere.

The staff are extremely friendly, even hanging and talking with you when they are free and if you are up for a chat! Despite being a hostel, being inside each capsule is surprisingly quiet and there is a ventilation setting that you can turn on if you want. Toilets and showers were never a problem as there multiple on each floor. The luggage and locker area is on the outside and so no noise wakes up any sleeping guests. I think there appears to be sound dampeners set up because it really was surprisingly quiet to sleep. Location is also great.
