Reasonably priced, many cafes and restaurants around, near to bus stop, 13 minutes bus ride to Kyoto Station.

The food for the breakfast was ok. The room the location the staff were all excellent. The hotel was in walking distance of the Imperial Palace and Nijio Castle which were excellent. The Air con in the room was exceptional
