- For consecutive nights to stay, cleaning is up to the guest's request. If P request the simple cleaning, please put the cleaning request tag in front of the door- The simple cleaning is to change the face towel, bath towel, bath mat and nightwear and rubbish collection from the rubbish box- In case of the stay more than 7 nights, the accommodation will clean the room once a week on beside of the above housekeeping services- Bedmaking, changes of towels and nightwear, filling up the room amenities as well as rubbish collection from the rubbish box- Please note, the additional housekeeping fees are required separately. For the further information, please contact the front desk receptionAn accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

It was in a good location within walking distance to metro stations and Nishiki Market. We liked that there was a washer-dryer in the room. Space was tight with barely any luggage room, as expected. But it still made for a comfortable space.

Has washing machine in the room amd clothes were very dry despite it to be 2 in 1 washer and dryer. Location was close proximity to most places.

The location was perfect- close to subways and great food options in the mall 10-15 min walk away. Close to Gion … The staff was very helpful and understanding especially when we asked for additional futons as we found sleeping on one futon was too hard for us! Lovely amenities and free coffee and snacks in the foyer! Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends

Wide range of breakfast options, good location near a 7/11 and the subway line (although you'll have to deal with stairs when carrying luggage). About a 12 min walk to Karasuma-Shijo for downtown shops and the Hankyu line to Osaka

Facilities were excellent and the room was comfortable. Location was great! Near enough to the shopping area but still quiet and peaceful.

Staff is amazing!! They helped a lot. Domo arigato gozaimassu. They helped to recieved my luggage and sent to Osaka. Breakfast is very good. My husband loved free sake in afternoon everyday. Laundry machine works perfect !! Location is very good too.
