The hotel was clean and the room was big and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good. Nishiki market was a few minutes walk away. Train stations nearby.

The Royal Park Iconic was much better than expected - stylish, trendy, and very comfortable. The size of our room was excellent and came with a separate shower and bathroom facilities. The buffet breakfast was good. We arrived too late to the residents' lounge to sample the evening meal, but the canapés were nice. Conveniently close to a metro station. A really nice hotel.

Central location, decent breakfasts. Good lounge ! On the downside: very noisy construction outside (08:00-18:00). Our room had the exact positioning in front of the big noise (not possible to catch up with jet lag after 08:00AM). Overall, expensive hotel for this money.

Great breakfast, with eggs made to order. Staff at reception and restaurant were excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Lounge access with complimentary tea/soft drink with sweet treats in the afternoon, and drinks in the evening was an added bonus.

Excellent location (right next to a train station) and a great neighborhood to explore. Our room was very comfortable and quite large (by Japan standards) along with all the required amenities provided. A nice touch was the complementary desserts and drinks each afternoon and evening

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Underground with lift access across from the hotel. Lounge was lovely too.

Excellent very clean luxurious and great location. So many free extras with snacks and drinks everyday from 5-9pm. Afternoon tea and cakes. Onsen . Such a great place. Best hotel of our two week honeymoon
